customer support was amazing. Effie went above and beyond to answer any questions I had before and after the delivery of the product in the most prompt way. she even went to the lengths of responding during public holidays and created a video for me to help me assemble the base. this is customer support Masterclass for me. the delivery was slightly delayed but this was due to the local courier provider -I was actually told to go and pick up the parcel myself instead of them delivering it in the end. As far as product quality is concerned I have only used it a few times, hopefully it will match the customer support quality!
